Claire is our in house Company Solicitor specialising in Administration of Estates but also with expertise in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She qualified in 2004 after training with the highly respected Michelmores Solicitors. A graduate of Exeter University, Claire is proud to have joined Portcullis Legals, an Estate Planning Company with integrity. Ruth was appointed Office Manager in January 2009 and has seen enormous progress and growth in the company since that time using her background in administration and customer services. A key responsibility of her role has been to liaise and build strong relations with our clients and professional partners, an area we receive good feedback on. As Office Manager, Ruth is responsible for the day to day matters that arise and to ensure that all introductions referred to us by our professional partners and our clients are followed up as soon as possible.

Katie joined us as our Paralegal in 2012. She has completed her ILEX level 3 and has a Foundation Degree in Law. She started her legal career in a small conveyancing firm and then moved to Bond Pearce LLP in the commercial litigation and insurance departments. She is completing her studies to become a qualified Legal Executive. At Portcullis she is responsible for assisting Trevor with the drafting and helping clients and introducers with technical aspects of estate planning.
