4th July 2023 – celebrating many things Portcullis!
On the 4th of July, we hosted an exciting event at our main office that was 4th of July themed that captured the essence of American independence. Despite some challenging weather conditions, we were thrilled to welcome around 120 business guests, who we are incredibly thankful for.
To make the celebration even more delightful, we partnered with some amazing food vendors: Hungry Hog South West, Yield Bakery Plymouth, and Williams Ice Cream, who delighted everyone with their American-inspired treats. The mouthwatering food added an extra layer of joy to the festivities, leaving no taste bud unsatisfied!
We were immensely proud to be joined by our partners, Plymouth Argyle Football Club, who generously brought along the League One trophy. This wonderful gesture allowed us to capture cherished moments posing with the trophy, reaffirming the strong bond we share with the club.
During the event, we were thrilled to share three major announcements:
- SRA Regulation: Portcullis Legals is now officially SRA regulated, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in all our services. We are the first firm specialised in our sector to achieve this esteemed recognition, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
- Introducing “Conversations Worth Having” Podcast Studio: Get ready for an engaging podcast series featuring captivating content! Our new podcast studio will be hosting some very special guests soon, promising exciting conversations and insights across various domains.
- Going to America for Project 35: We are beyond thrilled to announce our upcoming trip to America, where we will be raising funds for Project 35. Our ambitious target is £100,000, and rest assured, we will be documenting all the shenanigans along the way!
