Client Advisor
To provide legal advice and assistance to clients primarily in all areas of Private Client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and providing support to the Legal Team for Probate Administration.
You will managing a client case load, working towards targets, by delivering advice face to face, home visits and via digital platforms.
Suitable candidates will have previous legal advice and administration experience in the areas of Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Administration, Estate Planning.
We require excellent attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy, good customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

You will support each and every single client through their journey with Portcullis Legals.
From an initial enquiry or lead through to the completion of their case, you will ensure the highest standard of customer service and timely communications both digitally and face to face. You will have passion in everything you do and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure clients feel nurtured, receive great service and recommend the Portcullis Legals experience.
Suitable candidates will have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment and hold exceptional organisational skills. You must hold a high level of attention to detail, embrace digital platforms, and have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work well as part of a team.
